Ian Clark
Director
Ian’s passion and many years’ experience in the property business is reflected in Clark & Co Estates being the leading estate agent in Topsham. Having worked in the property business in London, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Bristol, Ian has really made his mark in the property world.
His drive and dedication to this family run business is testament to the growing sales and to the growing team.
He enjoys spending time with his family, wife Charlie and son Oscar and their Border Terrier Hugo, as well as playing golf, boating and coaching the local junior football team.
Charlie Clark
Director
Charlie has worked within the property sector since 2004, initially focusing on property investment sourcing units for investors and overseas clients with her husband Ian.
She has also worked within traditional estate agents, jointly founding Urpad Property Management and co-owning the Clark & Co Estates Devon office which is located close to their family home in the upmarket, sought after town of Topsham.
Her experience and finance background are invaluable to the success of Clark & Co Estates and her overall business acumen is an integral part of our growth strategy.
Dan Hodges
Marketing Executive
Dan is a crucial member of the Clark & Co team, since stating in 2019, he has developed his already great skill set. Dan brings his exceptional talent, wit and hard working ethos to the team and is a perfect addition to the growing business. His experience and energy we could not be without. Dan’s roles includes data input and creative marketing aspects.
He is also head of IT and technology and has recently ventured into heading up the lettings department.
In his spare time he likes to travel, including follow Exeter City across the UK, he also enjoys playing football and has a keen interest in the horses. His family is well known and loved throughout Topsham and Dan is a valued advocate for both his family and the Clark & Co team.
Mike Munden
Negotiator
Mike enjoys spending time with his wife of 35 years, Heather, and their two Spanish rescue dogs, cooking, baking, golf and boating and is very excited to work with the Team.
